Refund Policy

  1. Overview
    At MBS HOME SOLUTIONS LLC (dba Optimizers Pros), we strive to provide quality home warranty services and ensure our customers are fully satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of one of our home warranty plans, you may request a refund within 30 days of the plan’s effective date as outlined below.
  2. Eligibility for Refund
    To be eligible for a refund under this policy:
  • The request must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date your home‑warranty plan became effective.
  • The plan must be in good standing (i.e., you have paid any required enrollment fees or first payment and no covered claim has been made or processed) — if a claim has been made or service performed under the plan, eligibility for a full refund may be reduced or forfeited.
  • You must provide your account/plan number and proof of purchase upon request.
  1. Refund Amount
  • If you request a refund within the 30‑day window and meet the eligibility criteria above, you will receive a refund of the amount you paid for the plan, less any non‑refundable fees (if applicable).
  • If a service call or repair has been authorized, performed, or paid for under your plan during the 30‑day period, we may deduct from the refund amount any costs incurred by us for the service (including dispatch, labor, parts) or the claim payment, as allowed by law and as stated in the plan agreement.
  • The refund will be processed in the same method of payment used for the original purchase (unless otherwise required by law or agreed upon).
  1. How to Request a Refund
    To request a refund:
  • Contact our Customer Service Department at support@optimizerspros.com
  • Provide your full name, address, plan number, date of purchase, and reason for the refund request.
  • Refund requests must be clearly labeled as “Refund Request – Optimizers Pros Home Warranty” and submitted within 30 days of the plan’s effective date.
  1. Processing Time
    Once we confirm eligibility, your refund will be processed within 14 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, you may see the refund posted within an additional 3‑10 business days.
  2. After the 30‑Day Period
    Refund requests made after the 30‑day eligibility window may be denied or processed only at the discretion of MBS HOME SOLUTIONS LLC, subject to applicable law and the terms of your plan. Please review your plan agreement for details on cancellation, renewal and termination.
  3. Termination of Plan
    If you cancel your plan during the first 30 days and return it for a refund, any outstanding claims processed or services performed during that period may result in a reduced refund amount or denial of refund, as described above. After the 30‑day period, cancellation will be subject to the terms and conditions of the plan, which may include prorated refunds or no refund depending on the plan terms.
  4. Exceptions & Legal Rights
    This policy does not supersede any rights you may have under federal, state or local law. Some states require minimum refund amounts or prohibit certain deductions. If a state law provides greater protections, those protections will apply.
  5. Changes to This Policy
    We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time, in our sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website (https://optimizerspros.com). Your continued enrollment in or use of our service after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified policy.
