Cancellation Policy

At Optimizers Pros, we value our customers and aim to provide clear and fair cancellation options for all home warranty plans.

1. Cancellation Period:
Customers may cancel their home warranty plan at any time by submitting a written cancellation request via email or by contacting our customer service team.

2. Refunds:

• If cancellation is requested within 30 days of the plan’s effective date and no claims have been filed, a full refund of the paid premium will be issued.

• If cancellation occurs after 30 days or after a claim has been filed, a pro-rated refund will be provided based on the unused portion of the contract, minus any claims paid and a $50 administrative fee.

3. Company-Initiated Cancellations:
Optimizers Pros reserves the right to cancel a contract for reasons such as non-payment, fraud, or misrepresentation. In these cases, customers will receive written notice and a pro-rated refund as applicable.

4. Processing Time:
Please allow up to 14 business days for refund processing after your cancellation request is received and verified.
